Ocean Sports Tuition specialises in RYA Powerboat and Motor Cruising training, and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Powerboat and PWC Instructor to join our friendly team.

This position will be well suited for an individual who is looking to develop a full-time career in the water sports industry.

The working week will be 5 days per week to include weekends.

Key responsibilities will include the delivery of:

Teaching RYA Powerboat training.
Teaching PWC courses.
Assistance in leading a small team of freelance instructors.

We are looking for someone with:

Excellent communication skills.
Proven history in face-to-face customer service.
Ability to work in a team.
Excellent attention to detail.

Minimum qualifications required:

RYA Powerboat level 2 instructor.
RYA PWC proficiency.
Driving licence.

Available training development will include:

RYA Day Skipper Theory.
RYA Intermediate Powerboat.
RYA Advanced Powerboat.
RYA MCA Advanced Powerboat prep and exam.
RYA Advanced Powerboat instructor.
RYA TIC.
RYA Specialist shore-based instructor.

Salary – £22,500 – £26,500 depending on experience.

Benefits – 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays.
