Duties list :
Before service :
• Prepare station for operation
• Set up the restaurant
• Arrange the seating's according to the given table's allocation
• Check salt and pepper refill if needed
• Attend daily briefing (always wear your uniform)
• Make sure you always have the necessary prior the start of the service (notepad, pens,
bottle opener, lighter and smile)
• Be presentable
• Make sure your breath is fresh
During the service :
• Welcome the guests
• Maintain high quality service and friendly atmosphere
• Take orders
• Punch orders properly (EPOS)
• Serve tables
• Introduce every and each dishes on the table
• Help the runners
• Assist your superior
• Make sure your work performance is always up to Jul's standards
• Keep track of breakage/spoilage
• Clean when necessary
• Report manager when complain has been raised
After service :
• Break down your section
• Make sure all closing duties are completed
• Fill in check list
• Consult with your superior regarding your feedback on the shift
• Make sure that everything is clean and tidy
• Polish cutlery & glasses
