Direct assistance to the Selection Coordinator, scheduling interviews with candidates, sending offer letters, following up with the documentation and preparing their onboarding, prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, Offer Letters, internship agreements, Erasmus grant), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness, maintain an organized and up-to-date email correspondence. Follow up with candidates when any document is missing, assisting employees and students with requests during their work time, assist with design and development of Recruitment & Selection programs, (including plans and staffing methods) following company’s philosophy and standards), create and maintain filing systems and Selection Resources Systems –Hosco, GRS, Turijobs, School Sites, LinkedIn, follow up and control of Selection procedures. Managing Exit Interviews –Schedule and prepare, obtain the knowledge of legal documentation and how to obtain it and creatively offer ideas and ways to improve processes and school presentations.
