Key responsibilities:
-Oversee arrangement & presentation of all dining elements
-Oversee & coordinate the flow of service with precision & great attention to detail
-Act as liaison between the kitchen & the dining room
-Team Coordination to ensure highest level of service quality
-Monitoring quality of service levels & attention to guests
