About the role
The Concierge Intern learn the Concierge Agent position.
He/she responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and reports to the Chef Concierge.
What you will do
- Respond to all guests' requests following and adhering to the Four Seasons Standards of service
- Accommodate guest requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary
- Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying a great sense of style and integrity and a friendly, courteous and professional attitude in all dealings with guests and employees and communicate to all support departments any necessary information or requests and work harmoniously and professionally with all colleagues

What we are looking for
Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève.
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English. Knowledge of Opera PMS is required.
