The team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel are recruiting for a Full Time Accommodation Supervisor to join their team. The Plaza Hotel is a 198 bedroom 4 star Hotel located in the heart of the Killarney town. The candidate will be required to work 5 over 7 days, including weekends.
The Killarney Plaza Hotel is part of the O’Donoghue Ring Hotel Collection which also consists of the Killarney Towers Hotel, Killarney Avenue Hotel and The River Island Hotel.
What you'll do: - Assist the Accommodation Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Accommodation Department while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and supervise the activities of the accommodation team.
- Will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the Accommodation department.
- Monitor arrivals, departures and stay overs on a daily basis.
Requirements include: - Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Must be standards driven and detail-orientated.
- Must have a proven track record of leading, motivating and developing a team
- Fluent English
- Health & Safety & Security standards training/awareness
