Job requirements: ·
Professional Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience leading a team with a track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Familiarity with the Barcelona luxury hospitality market, including knowledge of competitive pricing, high-end guest expectations.

Technical Skills and Systems Knowledge: - Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS), with preference for experience in systems such as Opera and Marsha.
- Understanding of revenue management principles, including dynamic pricing strategies, inventory control, and distribution channels management.

Sales and Revenue Management: - Knowledge of revenue optimization techniques, including upselling and managing OTA relationships.

Customer Service and Communication: - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle VIP and high-net-worth clientele with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Catalan, French, or German) is a plus.
- Proven ability to effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Leadership and Team Management: - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team to achieve high performance standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing team schedules, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- Additional certifications in revenue management or luxury hospitality management are advantageous.
