Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section according to company standards.
- Ensure the highest quality of food and consistency in preparation.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring development and performance improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
- Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen at the correct standard and presentation.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
