- manage corporate governance processes, shareholder approvals, and advisory reports with precision
- ensure compliance with internal and external regulations – because details do matter
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- a degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field – an MSc or MBA is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Law, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Fund Administration
- a knack for analyzing markets, structuring deals, and handling complex corporate projects
- a proactive, independent work style – you get things done without someone holding your hand ;-)
- excellent English skills (German is a bonus) and a willingness to travel when needed
- a natural curiosity, strong business acumen, and a love for making things happen
