What will be your mission?
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will join Minor Hotels Europe & Americas within the People Department based in Milan. In cooperation with Operations and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible to manage, coordinate and carry out recruitment and onboarding processes in Italy, contributing to the strategic objectives of the company.
What will you do?
- Coordinate recruiting processes for hotels and central services profiles from collecting hiring managers’ needs, interviews, providing them short lists of qualified candidates
- Build a strong relationship with hiring managers, providing them regular updates and recruiting metrics and your expertise throughout hiring processes
- Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various recruiting techniques, networking and employee referrals.
- Think of different ways to promote our open positions on different channels
- Collaborate in the design of the Annual Talent Attraction Plan
- Eventually, leading the final stage of recruitment: making the offer to the finalist and negotiating it
- You will build relationships with schools and universities and participate to Employer Branding events to attract fresh young talents and spread our Group’s culture
- Foster an amazing candidate experience
- Actively collaborate on a range of different HR projects
- What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of recruiting in-house experience
- Experience with high volume recruitment: CV screening, interviewing, and preparing the shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers
- Experience in headhunting would be a big plus.
- Good communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Experience in presenting the company in different recruitment events, talent fairs would be a great plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support a business case then pursue creative solutions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, and hiring managers to ensure results
- Great team player and very collaborative
