Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate, collect, organize, and distribute information from event planner to waiters and set-up crew.
· Develop and implement procedures and standards for the venue.
· Supervise and lead a team of waiters/waitresses in the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
· Ensure that service standards are consistently met in accordance with the F&B Standard Operating Procedures and Hotel’s Policies and Regulations.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation, to provide accurate information to guests.
· Foster excellent communication and teamwork between staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times to create a memorable experience.
· Handle guest complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
