Assist with all operations of the hotel and run the day to day operations of the bar.
Assist in the hiring and training of new F&B team members
Provide exceptional customer service
Ensure all areas of the bar are clean and properly sanitized, maintaining all health code standards
Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
Other duties as assigned
Roster staff based on expected numbers in the bars each night
Stock takes and ordering responsibility
