Training in all areas of Culinary, including, but not limited to, Banquets, Pastry and Outlet kitchens
- Learn to ensure high quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation as per Fairmont minimum standards
- Welcome guests and colleagues in a polite and friendly manner
- Train with Chefs across multiple kitchens to perform tasks as needed
- Learn various Culinary tasks within each kitchen
- Ensure compliance of all Fairmont standards
- Learn to strive to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- During training, ensure to be in compliance with all Hotel health and safety policies
- Perform all other reasonable duties as needed
