About the Role:
As our Events Sales Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for all event bookings – from initial enquiry through to the final farewell. You’ll drive sales of our event spaces and food & beverage offerings, handling everything from quoting to execution with precision and care. Whether it’s a corporate meeting, elegant banquet, or bespoke private celebration, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all hotel events (residential & non-residential) from enquiry to completion
- Coordinate event logistics with internal departments and issue Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Drive revenue through proactive sales, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and contract management
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date administration of all event details using PMS tools (Opera, Delphi, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and regular engagement
- Identify new business opportunities through market insight and lead follow-up
- Represent the hotel brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the local community
