REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE - High school diploma
- No prior work experience required
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY - Welcomes and directs guests to the reception, accommodation units, and other areas of the facility
- Knowledgeable about the facility’s content and services, providing guests with information about them
- Manages traffic and parking in front of the facility entrance
- Receives, issues, and records guest luggage in the facility's cloakroom
- Carries and transports guest luggage to rooms upon arrival and from rooms upon departure
- Familiar with and applies SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) of the reception department
- Knowledgeable of and applies workplace safety regulations
