REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE - High school diploma (SSS)
- 2 years of work experience
- 1 year in wellness therapist roles
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and training
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY - Welcomes and bids farewell to clients, introducing them to all the services provided by the wellness center, as well as other related information about the services of the facility
- Promotes and sells products and services of the wellness center
- Manages the reservation book and handles payments for products and services
- Participates in creating special offers and promotions for the wellness center
- Performs wellness and beauty treatments from the center's offerings (facial and body care, hand and foot treatments, massages, etc.)
- Instructs clients on the proper use of wellness facilities, informs them about health benefits and risks, and explains house rules
- Creates and maintains the atmosphere of the wellness center appropriate for each space (music, lighting, scents, decorations)
- Handles and resolves simple guest complaints
- Controls and maintains cleanliness and equipment in all wellness areas for which they are responsible
- Responsible for the correctness, maintenance, and proper handling of the basic equipment and minor inventory of the wellness center
- Provides first aid in case of accidents and informs superiors
- Knows and applies workplace safety measures
- Knows and applies the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of the wellness department
