We are looking for enthusiastic persons who want to Paddle!

We are a family owned & run business on the East bank of the River Wye in Herefordshire, with a highly experienced Level 5 BCU Coach as a director, whom has help pioneer some of the safety equipment and holds many first descents of rivers across the globe.

We offer adventure activity days; guided and self-led canoe hire river trips, overnight canoe trips - camping on the river bank; canoe, kayak, SUP hire and instruction.

From families to school groups and company away days our customers are diverse. We also offer improvised Raft Building, White Water Coaching on the grade 2 rapids (which are on our door step), 1:1 coaching and much more.

Cardiff IWWC < 1 hour drive
37.5 Hours per week
Weekly Pay
3 Hour activity sessions (we strive for quality, not quantity)

Previous experience instructing/coaching
Valid first aid qualification
Up to date BC membership
3 Star canoe award / Open water Canoe Coach MW
3 Star kayak award / White Water Kayak Coach MW
Stand Up Paddleboard Coach SW / Stand Up Paddleboard White Water Coach MW
