We are a small, dynamic company with a great reputation in the luxury ski chalet industry. We have guests that return year after year seeking the high level of service and helpful, friendly chalet staff we always deliver.
We are looking for people who have a passion for customer service, willing to work hard but also enjoy the benefits that come along with living and working in a ski resort to join our team for the 2020/21 Winter Season. Right now we are particularly looking for couples who between them can offer the hosting and host/driving skills we need for our chalet teams, but we are also always happy to hear from talented individuals too.

Main duties include...
Chalet Host
- Daily clean of communal areas and guest bedrooms
- Serving breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner with a high level of service and professionalism
- Deep clean of chalet on changeover days
- Resort driving service
Host/Driver
- Assisting with the cleaning of communal areas and guest bedrooms
- Assisting with breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner service or assisting chef in the kitchen.
- Airport transfers on transfer days (6hr round trip)
- Responsible for cleanliness and basic maintenance of chalet vehicles
- Snow clearing
- Resort driving service

Requirements
- Experience in hospitality industry and luxury market
- High standard and knowledge of service and wine
- Team player- who is not afraid of hard work
- Eye for detail- level of cleanliness, standard of service
- ‘nothing too much trouble attitude’
- Over 21 years old
- Full manual driving license
