Alpine Fleet is hiring for this winter season. We are based close to Geneva Airport and we provide shared and private transfers to many nearby ski resorts of Val Thorens, Tignes, Morzine, Avoriaz, Chamonix, Meribel, Moutiers, Bourg Saint Maurice, Les Arcs, Courchevel, La Plagne, Les Deux Alps, Alpe d'Huez, and Val D'Isere. Position - Resort Dispatcher
As resort dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the arrival & departure of guests to/from transfers during the busy changeover weekends. This is a 2 day a week role, not for the faint of heart. This role requires Saturday & Sunday work with the potential for overtime another 2-3 days per week(depending on the resort). Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, be fit and active and have a keen eye for logistics. This is an outdoor job in a resort meeting our transfers and being the face of AlpineFleet for our customers. Shifts are roughly 12-14 hrs per day however as the job is based in a resort you will find that in between transfers there is time to take breaks in the comfort of your own home.
Roles of The Job
- Meeting AlpineFleet transfer vehicles and coordinating with drivers & customers.
- Assist with the loading of luggage and ensuring transfers depart on time.
- Assist in scheduling for your resort
- Communicating with customers in person & via phone.
- You will be the main point of contact in the resort

Requirements
