This role involves supporting our Chefs and joining our small, friendly team in Morzine.
This role is ideal for someone who has already had experience in a busy kitchen but is passionate about expanding their expertise to all sections of the kitchen. The role is fast-paced and requires someone who is organised and can multitask while keeping calm and having a good sense of humour.
The role is for the winter season, December to April.
Le Locals cuisine is heavily meat-based, offering great dishes with international flavours.
Ideally, you will have experience working in a busy gastropub-style / Brasserie kitchens.
Requirements
- Must be able to work, respect and apply hygiene standards.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be reliable, flexible and have a professional attitude.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Having the right to work in France is very advantageous, but visas & permits can be obtained for the right candidate.
- Likewise, if you already have accommodation in Morzine, this will also be advantageous to your application.
