We are looking for passionate instructors to join our team! If you love climbing, are able to lead climb indoors at grade 6a, and are keen to share that passion with others, get in touch!
There are a range of hours & contracts available across the climbing center's opening hours, including evenings and weekends. If you naturally inspire others and have a warm, energetic personality you will fit right in. Don't worry if you don't hold any qualifications as we will put you through on-site training.
The main duties of our Instructors:
- Enthusiastically and safely deliver various climbing sessions for all ages and abilities, including adult courses for beginners and improvers, kid's clubs, parties, and other group sessions/programs
- Inspiring kids through delivering the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS)
- Helping customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Selling services and products offered
- Working on reception, taking bookings, phone calls, & shop
What we are looking for in our Instructor:
- Warm, energetic personalities
- A passion for climbing
- Happy to work with children of all ages
- Weekend and evening availability is essential
- RCI or CWI qualifications (if you don't have these, no worries, we also deliver in-house training)
- Sport climbing experience, including indoor lead climbing at grade 6a
- Relevant industry experience
