SpoonyCooks Private Chefs is recruiting a couple (1 as Chef & the other as a Host) to join our small team this winter season from December 14 to April 5th/12th in Morzine.

Ideally, we are looking for a couple—one would be an experienced chef and the other a friendly host.

All applicants must have a can-do attitude and great organizational skills. Experience in a chalet environment is desirable.

Requirements:

Hold a full driving licence
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Reliable, Flexible and Adaptable - you will be moving from 1 chalet to the next each week, so being able to organise & adapt is very important.
Excellent people skills with Conversational English
Personable - you need to be a real people person, Chatting and getting to know guests to make them feel at home during their stay.
Ensure you are an excellent representative of the company at all times through a courteous manner, good personal hygiene, and excellent personal presentation (including neatly trimmed hair and facial hair, clean/pressed uniform as provided by the company)
Lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading shopping sometimes up 2-3 sets of stirs.

Desirable

Experience and ability to drive in winter conditions
Conversational French an advantage
Previous experience working in a chalet
Strong organisational skills, project management, people management, time management and problem-solving skills are all advantages.
