As a dual-national Greek-Australian with a strong passion for creating value and fostering dynamic, diverse work environments, I have cultivated a unique blend of skills and experiences across a range of industries, including finance, sales, hospitality, and customer service. My educational background in Psychology, with a minor in Human Resources Management, has further equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior and interpersonal communication, which I consistently apply to my professional roles.
Currently, I serve as an Associate at Guidepoint’s London team in Athens, where I work closely with institutional investors to facilitate strategic decisions by connecting clients to industry experts. My role allows me to directly engage with a multinational client base, including top global consulting firms, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Through this, I have honed my ability to quickly grasp complex client needs, efficiently source the right expertise, and build meaningful relationships with high-level professionals. This experience has refined my skills in problem-solving, communication, and project management, especially within high-pressure environments.
Prior to this, I worked in various sales and customer-facing roles, including at Grande Bretagne Marriott Group as a Sales Associate and at June Homes, where I was responsible for closing deals and conducting video tours. These roles required a keen understanding of customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inventory and processes seamlessly. My time in these positions reinforced my skills in multitasking, client relationship management, and maintaining high standards of service in fast-paced settings.
My earlier roles, including my internship at Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics in Sydney and customer service experience at Teleperformance – Zipcar in Athens, gave me a strong foundation in operational support, client interaction, and a dedication to meeting and exceeding expectations. As a customer service agent at Teleperformance, I managed a 24/7 shift pattern, handling bookings, inquiries, and complaints, often in high-stress situations. This experience enhanced my patience, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure—qualities I have carried forward into my subsequent positions.
Beyond my professional experience, I am deeply passionate about volunteering and giving back to my community. I have been involved with organizations such as the Make A Wish Foundation in Sydney and have supported local initiatives like the Costa Navarino Marathon and Children Day Care Xaroumena Proina. These experiences have not only reinforced my commitment to helping others but also broadened my perspective on how community service can positively impact personal and professional development.
