I am a highly adaptable professional with 10 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry. However, I’m currently on a career break and working at KMBS Palace—Riyad, Al Saudia, to complete my Practical training as a butler trainer.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise people's activities, I have successfully managed 20 butlers and another 42 staff appropriately. My knowledge of forecasting staffing requirements and scheduling duties is quite advanced as I work closely with all the departments and management to decipher needs and then strive to fill them accordingly. The premises under my supervision are always clean and well-maintained, as I cannot fathom working in a less-than-perfect manner.
In this industry, it is common for many to get frustrated at the seemingly minor details that are sometimes required; for me, this is a part of the job, and I take on each task with respect and a smile.
