I have worked with youngsters for several years and am an effective trainer, I am empathetic and enjoy helping people learn new skills and increase in confidence.

I am an enthusiastic outdoor instructor. I enjoy working with youngsters, teaching them new skills and helping them to become more confident.
I have worked in a number of outdoor training roles including PGL, teaching sailing abroad and mentoring students in a residential school as part of the outdoor education department.
I am currently doing a fast-track Outdoor Activity Instructor course at Mendip. Qualifications include paddle sports leader, climbing, rifle shooting, archery, skiing, lowland leader, first aid, Duke of Edinburgh training and assessing. I am due to finish the course in March.
I am based in Poole and when not working enjoy paddle boarding and mountain biking around Dorset.
I am really keen to find a role where I can build on my training and use the skills learnt to become an effective member of a new team.
