As Bars Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Bars in our F&B outlets at VOCO Hotel Malta. In this position, you will be working in a fast pace environment and in a challenging role which will give the opportunity to learn, grow, and be successful.
The selected candidate will be responsible to lead, coach and train respective team members to ensure adherence to brand, safety and hygiene standards and a memorable dining experience for our guests whilst ensuring the profitability of our F&B outlets by scheduling manning according to demand and working in collaboration with the rest of the F&B Team, Kitchen and Marketing teams to increase revenue opportunities and promote the outlets.
