The Junior Food & Beverage Attendant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and is eager to contribute to the success of our F&B outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Respond to basic guest inquiries and direct complex requests to senior staff.
• Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and glassware before service.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist senior staff in taking and communicating orders to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring it is guest-ready at all times.
• Restock items such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisor.
