A solid past experience in a dynamic A La Carte Mediterranean restaurant operation is required for this role.
Related industry qualifications will be considered favourable.

Responsible for:
- assisting the Head Chef with day-to-day operations of the kitchen,
- work / cook on different sections of the kitchen,
- abide by the in-house HACCP control system,
- prepare, produce and execute menu items in line to recipes and SOP’s,
- work in liaison with Sous / Head Chef.
