Hyatt Regency Malta is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings, contributing to the exceptional dining experiences we deliver to our guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consistently offering professional, friendly, and proactive guest service, while providing support to fellow colleagues.
- Ensuring consistency in the preparation of all food items for à la carte and/or buffet menus according to Hyatt Regency brand standards.
- Ensuring all kitchen colleagues are aware of and adhere to standards and expectations.
- Conducting daily checks of all mise en place to ensure freshness and quality standards are met.
- Having full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions, and being able to communicate this effectively to both colleagues and guests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhering to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
