We are looking to fill in a position as receptionist at Hotel Pointe Isabelle.
We have 72 rooms in many different categories and we are located in the center of Chamonix.
You would start in June 16th 2025 at Pointe Isabelle and stay with us to the 11th of October.
Receptionist at Pointe Isabelle has a central position and important role for our success. You need to be interested in outdoor life & sports and understand the needs of winter clients. Our clients are international and coming from many different countries, actually very similar to our staff. As a team member you need to have some experience of working in an international environment . Working hours are approximately 39 hours per week and 169 hours per month.
We will provide you with full training before you start.
In short the work includes taking care of smooth operations with our hotel clients, during check-ins and check-outs. Giving customer service, that is more than expected, and making our clients feel welcome and comfortable during the whole stay.
