Then we are looking for you for our creative and dynamic Culinary Team as Chef de Partie for this summer season 2025.
Your main tasks
- Preparation of food, drinks, material and equipment for service
- Cooking and serving dishes
- Supervision of kitchen assistants, including commis, cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards
- Cleaning and preparing the work area
- Conducting shift meetings in the absence of the manager
- conducting training courses
- Participation in probationary period and development discussions
- Ensuring correct induction into the company
- Coaching, advising and disciplining employees for violations of hotel policies and department procedures, providing constructive feedback to improve performance
- Collaborate with supervisor in preparing and managing the department's budget and meeting financial goals
- logging of safety incidents and accidents
Desired skills and qualifications
For this role you have:
- Completed training as a cook or pastry chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
- Structured and organized way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
