INTRO
A Mediterranean Villa situated in a beautiful Ionian island called Meganissi in Greece. This Villa Is offered for rental to high end clients during the months April to October. Due to the type of clients a high end service is required.
HOST/MAID
The host is responsible for the villa to be in a good condition at all times with areas of detail. Additionally providing an exceptional host service, serving drinks etc.
THE HOST/CHEF
This role includes the responsibility of serving food to 6 guest maximum. This would be 2 meals a day, breakfast everyday with either lunch or dinner this would be decided at the start of the week depending on client preference. A light cake or fruit platter to be served during the day. This role would be responsible for provisioning.

This role also includes complimentary meals and an opportunity to be part of a great team that works closely together to achieve remarkable results.
This Villa is paired with a yacht with a separate crew however time on the water could be possible.

To strive to obtain 6/5 feedback and always be willing to go that extra mile to guarantee guest satisfaction.
TIMETABLE
Arrive at 7:15 at the Villa t to prepare breakfast and served depending on client preference. The chef then prepares and afternoon cake or platter. Before leaving the kitchen cleaned down. Time departing the Villa during the day will vairy.
Villa host will clear away breakfast, reset the Villa and guest rooms.
Offering service to guests during the day when needed.
Chef and host to work as a team to ensure that the Villa is reset and complete in time for new guest arrivals on transfer day.
