About the Role
To support the implementation of the IT strategy, initiate and manage IT projects for Canouan Group and consult the key stakeholders in strategic IT matters concerning the group hotels; while managing day-to-day IT operations and implementing IT brand standards, new technologies, systems and projects.
Performance Metrics:
- Oversee all IT systems' installation, configuration, and maintenance, including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, guest Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and back-office systems.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely support for software, hardware, and network services.
- Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology rollouts, and infrastructure improvements.
