As a Reservations Assistant at Cipriani Monte Carlo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests' booking experience is seamless and exceptional. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing reservations with the highest level of professionalism and care. Your ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English, French, and Italian will be essential in providing personalized service to our diverse international clientele.
Your day to day:
•Efficiently handle all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking systems. Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations and confirmations.
•Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs in a professional and courteous manner.
•Liaise with the front desk, and other relevant departments to ensure all guest needs are met and exceeded during their stay.
•Update and maintain reservation records, guest profiles, and special requests in the hotel’s reservation system.
•Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as dining experiences, special events, and luxury amenities to enhance the guest experience.
•Handle any reservation-related issues or complaints with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
•Utilize your English, French, and Italian proficiency to effectively communicate with guests and team members, catering to an international audience.
