Your day to day
- Manage your assigned station, ensuring an outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Present the menu and provide detailed descriptions of our seafood dishes, offering personalized wine and beverage pairings to complement meals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure flawless communication and timely service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor commis waiters, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
- Handle any guest concerns or feedback with discretion and efficiency, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Uphold the cleanliness and organization of your station and contribute to maintaining the overall ambiance of the dining room.
