Responsibilities
-Execute mise en place and ensure all preparations are timely and flawless
-Ensure and maintain precision, consistency and attention to detail in every dish
-Handle raw fish and premium ingredients, ensuring top quality and strict adherence to health and safety standards
-Collaborate with Chefs and team to ensure smooth service flow and communication
-Adapt to guest requests and dietary needs
-Support a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous development within the kitchen team
-Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station
