For our Kitchens we are looking for personable, passionate and driven Demichefs de Partie for the Mexican Kitchen
Key responsibilities:
-Support & assist the Chef de Partie
-Step in to oversee the section during the Chef de Partie’s absence, maintaining the same level of quality and efficiency
-Execute mise en place and cooking tasks as per instructions
-Ensure and maintain precision, consistency and attention to detail in every dish
-Work closely with other sections and chefs to ensure smooth service
-Guide and train Commis Chefs, ensuring they understand and perform their tasks correctly
-Work collaboratively with other sections to ensure a smooth service
-Adapt to last-minute changes, special guest requests, or dietary requests with efficiency and creativity
-Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
