We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that cater to a diverse range of tastes. Shifts will include breakfast as well as dinner on shift basis.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present a range of nutritious and flavorful dishes, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and taste to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked station, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available and in good working condition.
- Follow established recipes and preparation protocols, ensuring efficiency during service and maintaining a professional kitchen atmosphere.
- Conduct routine checks of the breakfast area to ensure it remains tidy, organised, and inviting for both kitchen staff and guests.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on breakfast options based on guest preferences, creating a tailored and enjoyable experience.
- Report any shortages in ingredients or equipment maintenance needs promptly to our Head Chef.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the breakfast area, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Address guest requests and concerns related to breakfast in a courteous and timely manner, aiming to enhance their overall dining experience.
- Monitor guest feedback related to breakfast dishes and suggest improvements to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.
