To support our motivated Front Office team, we are looking for you from the coming summer season 2025 as a Front Office Agent/Lady in Red (Guest Relations Agent)!
Your main tasks
- Check-in/out (private individuals and groups)
- Reception and care of hotel guests
- Preparation of VIP arrivals
- Invoice preparation
- Maintaining your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.
- Receiving and processing guest inquiries
- Various administrative reception tasks
- Using the Opera program
Desired skills and qualifications
- A successfully completed vocational training and ideally initial professional experience
- OPERA knowledge
- Expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness
- Structured and organized way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
