- Inserting groups in the reservations system (OPERA)
- Preparing group Recaps
- Sending proposals to groups interested in the hotel, giving detailed and adequate information in order to secure the business
- Preparing contracts and invoices for confirmed groups
- Preparation of site inspections
- Attend client site inspections with sales managers
