Job Overview:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring that service standards are consistently met and guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will lead and inspire a team of food and beverage staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth operations in all food service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards are met at all times.
- Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team, ensuring staff are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure growth and job satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation, setup, and service of food and beverages, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all food service areas, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained for food and beverage items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving for prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hotel policies, including cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control measures to maintain the financial performance of food and beverage outlets.
- Create and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions in the food and beverage department.
