Your tasks:
- Main responsibility for the cold kitchen area
- Support in the implementation of our buffet concept
- Training and coaching of employees
- Professional service at the live cooking stations
- Mise en place and support for all F&B outlets
Your profile:
- Completion of a cooking apprenticeship or comparable training
- Willingness to work a 6-day week
- At least one year of professional experience
- High level of self-motivation and strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in an international team
