Your main responsibility
- Support in employee administrative management: Collaboration in drafting contracts, managing social security registrations and deregistrations, and filing documentation with the external provider.
- Monitoring and tracking schedules and shifts: Support in supervising work time records and managing absence control.
- Collaboration in labor relations management: Assisting in resolving employee inquiries about their contracts, labor rights, and vacation.
- Assistance in collecting data for HR reports: Support in preparing workforce, turnover, absenteeism, and other key indicator reports.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
- You will imagine new possibilities making it happens, always striving to deliver the highest quality of yourself.
- Fluency English Level.
- Studies related to Labor Relations
