At Constance Hotels & Resorts, we believe that well-being is an essential part of the guest experience. We are looking for a Corporate Wellness & Spa Manager to develop and enhance our group’s Wellness & Spa concepts, ensuring high standards across all our properties.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Corporate Wellness & Spa Manager is responsible for supporting the management of Constance Hotels & Resorts in developing, enhancing, and promoting the group’s Wellness & Spa concepts. This includes continuously improving existing operations and designing innovative wellness initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Experience
- Work closely with hotel management teams to develop the customer base of Constance’s Wellness & Spa operations.
- Continuously improve guest satisfaction ratings for spa and wellness services.
Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth for the group’s spa operations.
- Monitor budgets and optimize cost management.
- Enhance spa profitability and yield.
Innovation, Learning & Development
- Develop and implement innovative spa and wellness concepts.
- Oversee training programs to elevate spa staff competencies.
- Establish benchmarking systems to maintain excellence.
- Set annual performance objectives for each spa and implement an effective performance management system.
Operational Excellence
- Implement a cost-effective procurement system for spa operations.
- Develop and maintain an efficient stock control system.
- Continuously refine guest service processes.
- Establish a structured and effective reporting system.
Qualifications
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience in spa and wellness management, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue optimization and cost control.
- Deep understanding of global wellness trends and spa service innovations.
Leadership & Strategy
- Visionary leader with the ability to shape and drive wellness initiatives.
- Strong ability to mentor and develop teams across multiple locations.
- Ability to set and monitor key performance objectives across spa operations.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Strong ability to train and coach teams at different levels.
- Willingness to share expertise and ensure knowledge transfer within the group.
- Hands-on approach to support and develop spa professionals.
Guest-Centric & Results-Oriented Approach
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in benchmarking and service quality audits.
