Come and join us in Aberdovey and Ogwen, in the Snowdonia National Park. We’re recruiting for instructors to join our friendly, and professional team.

Experiencing an Outward Bound course takes our participants on a journey of self-discovery, and you’ll play an integral part in this. You’ll use your skills, knowledge and qualifications to the full and have great adventures in the mountains, on the sea and rivers.

Our residential courses empower young people with essential skills, boosting their confidence, competence, and effectiveness in school, college, the workplace, and life. Above all, we teach them the most important lesson they can ever learn: to believe in themselves.

Our Locations: Our centres are situated in stunning and inspiring locations, offering the opportunity to explore mountains, seas, and rivers both personally and professionally. As an instructor, you’ll guide your group on real adventures, such as land and water expeditions, rock climbing, canoeing, gorge walking, and a wide variety of other activities.

Our Courses: Every course is unique, ensuring that no two weeks are the same. Our instructors have the freedom to design activities and journeys that best suit their group, maximising learning outcomes while meeting course objectives. Instructors work closely with their group throughout the course, providing impactful and memorable experiences.
