As our Executive Sous Chef, you will:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Lead and inspire a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that showcase both traditional and contemporary culinary techniques.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Mentor and train kitchen staff, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications - A minimum of 7-10 years of professional culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef.
- Extensive knowledge and mastery of various culinary techniques and cuisines.
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognised institution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
