Job Description The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest service operations at Villa Haven. This includes managing the front office, concierge, and guest relations teams. The Guest Service Manager will ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a guest service management role, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel.
- Proven track record of excellence in guest service operations and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial management and budget control.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
