Job Description - Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of executive staff garden villas, including bedroom, bathroom.
- Change and arrange linens, towels, and other villa essentials to perfection.
- Sanitize and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Ensure all areas are free of dust, debris, and clutter, maintaining the villa's high standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to the specific preferences and requests of executive staff.
- Maintain a discreet and respectful approach when servicing occupied villas.
- Familiarize yourself with the preferences of regular occupants to deliver tailored service.:
- Ensure adequate supplies of toiletries, amenities, and beverages for the villa.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with company policies.
- Identify and report any maintenance or security concerns immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications - Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Must be physically fit and can stand, lift, push, and pull for long periods during a shift.
- Team player with a creative and outgoing personality.
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
- Good communication and customer contact skills; good problem-resolution skills.
