Job Description The Manager of Retail Shops is responsible for the overall management and operation of the resort’s retail outlets. This includes ensuring high standards of customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
