Job Description As an In-Villa Dining (IVD) Order Taker at Villa Haven, you will be the primary point of contact for guests placing in-villa dining orders. You will ensure that all orders are accurately recorded and communicated to the kitchen and delivery teams, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
